Course objectives (competences):
Students - future teachers to acquire basic knowledge in the field of pedagogy; to encourage critical thinking about the problems in this area, as well as training for the application of acquired knowledge and developing teaching skills.

Course content:
Pedagogy as an educational science; The phenomenon of upbringing; What is upbringing; Conceptual definition; Power and limits of education; Structure of education; Educational process; Aesthetic education; Moral education; Intellectual education; Work and polytechnical education; Physical and health education.

Teaching methods: workshops, small group work, individual exercises, presentations, simulations, demonstrations, discussion groups, observation, practical work
