Course objectives (competences):
Familiarization with new opportunities, methods and techniques for experimenting on a microscale. Developing creativity and skills in conducting microscale experiments and utilizing specific equipment.

11.

Course content:
Introduction to microscale experimentation: Development, advantages and disadvantages; Equipment for microscale experimentation: Classification, commercial equipment, inexpensive and improvised equipment; Chemical operations on a microscale: Heating, cooling, drying, working with gases, measurementс, etc.; Microscale experimentation using digital technology, Video experiments, Experiments from world centers for microscale experimentation; Experimentation using chemical kits.

Teaching methods: lectures, seminars, laboratory classes, problem solving, learning through the completion of seminar papers, reading articles, books, engaging in discussions and independent exam preparation.
